Research
Our group has been trying to identify biomarkers and genetic/epigenetic regulatory mechanisms in breast cancer, to help the prognosis, and development of new treatment strategies for breast cancer patients.
We have been using cell lines, tissue microarrays, and RNA-seq/DNA microarray datasets to analyze expression, survival properties and and genetic/epigenetic alterations of the candidate genes by employing various molecular biology tools.
